It doesn’t deserve not even one star, the wifi is not working, if you’re travelling for business it’s gonna be imposible even answer an email. There is not vegetarian option at the menu, And if you need to iron your shirt you can’t (no iron in this fake 4 star hotel) the one star is for the poor people who has their best smile every day to give a service. Staff is the only good thing (but managers)

The hotel room was terrific and the location is good if you don’t want the bustle of the historical centre. However the staff were not very friendly and service is inconsistent. I had no hand towels or a floor mat for a few days and no one said good morning or anything when you passed by. The breakfast is a nice spread but the 3 hot dishes never change. I’ve been at 4 hotels on this trip that provided a breakfast and they rotated their dishes at least 3x’s. waiters also kept taking away my full coffee and other food when I just got up to grab a butter or napkin. It was ridiculous.

Hotel is in desperate need of an overhaul. Old rooms, unwelcoming staff, average breakfast and worst of all: no working air conditioning without the possibility to change any rooms. Stay as far away as possible from this hotel when you visit Santiago.

It is OK. However they need to work on training their staff on effective communication. The restaurant staff has no clue about the staying conditions when meals are included. This caused that the waiter did not want to take our order until we had the information to avoid problems. Some days after my staying, I attended a seminar at this hotel, and at reception they send us to the wrong room.

It's a fairly good hotel. Rooms are not fully equipped, no microwave and very small fridge. Pool is usually crowded, breakfast is included and actually very nice. Dinner option is expensive considering the options in the area.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
