Good hotel. The rooms are a little old but nothing that discredits the place. Breakfast was good too. All the staff was great and Sebastian was really helpful.

Nice hotel great location in the area Room was fine but dated Breakfast was great! Staff were helpful Pool wasn’t great small and you have to book Elevator was slow and clunky but got me to where I was going All and all would stay again 😊

You get what you pay for. The hotel is not luxurious but well located. It's an old building, so the furniture is old and some rooms can be small. The restaurant opens at 7:30 for breakfast, so if you plan to do a tour in Santiago, you will probably miss the breakfast, since the tour companies pick you up at 7am. There is a lot of choices at breakfast but if you like good coffee, you might want to go to Starbucks across the street. The coffee is very weak and not good quality.

Very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly, the included breakfast sets you up for the day and had a lot of choice. The pool area and terrace are well kept and nice places to relax. Strong Wi-Fi throughout the place and the hotel has very clean, large rooms. The rooms are slightly dated but they are spotless and the bathrooms are a good size. Would stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
