I stayed at the Dimora del Monaco hotel for work reasons, and I had a great time. The hotel is a modern and comfortable structure, equipped with all the services necessary for a business stay, such as free wi-fi, a restaurant and private parking. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a functional desk. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with quality and fresh products. The hotel restaurant offered delicious and refined cuisine, with typical local and international dishes. But the thing that struck me most was the professionalism and kindness of the staff and the owners, who made me feel at home and assisted me at all times, giving me useful advice on how to get around Matera and what to do. visit in your free time. Overall, I can say that the Dimora del Monaco hotel is an excellent hotel for a business trip to Matera, and I highly recommend it to all colleagues and professionals looking for quality and classy accommodation.

Hotel outside the center, but worth going. Comfortable room, equipped with all comforts, warm welcome, kind and attentive staff. Very professional. Breakfast room and top staff. Perfectionists in everything, even in the preparation of the sweet and savory buffet. A compliment to the pastry chef and the waiter 🍀

We stayed two nights in a double room with a rich and varied breakfast included. The hotel is modern, very clean, quiet 10 minutes drive from the Sassi of Matera. Sky in the room is an added value. The staff is pleasant and very professional. Silvia at the reception gave us all the information that allowed us to move around and eat well in Matera. Highly recommended.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
