        Great location. Close to Termini station. Bed was hard. Our only issue I have to mention is the person on night duty (man). We left our key on the counter prior to leaving for the evening. He looked angry. Didn't even acknowledge us being there. Wouldn't look at us. Didn't say a word to us. We stood outside the hotel watching to see if he was going to put our key away. He didn't. Husband walked back in and placed it on his desk. Still no response! Rude! Elevator works well, but very small and shady!

        Didn't even stay at the hotel, stayed at a very nice bnb upstairs, which shared the same walk way, Went to exit the common area and was summonsed by the little worm they have working at the front counter as to why I was walking through the corridor, even though I was exiting. I'm not even staying there and I had a bad experience. Do NOT give these people your money!!!!!

        In spite of the bad reviews, it was actually a quite pleasant experience. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and it can be a little challenging to flush the toilets.

        Bed Bugs. That’s all I have to say. We arrived and the price was different to what booking.com said but we stupidly did not query. We got to our room and it seemed nice enough, but what we found inside our bed was disgusting. Bed bugs. Staff attempted to tell us these were “small ants” and “silly bugs” which we told them they were not. They offered to change the sheets which they did, but after they left these sheets also had bed bugs. The only positive about this place was that they gave us a refund. Wish we had have read these reviews before booking. Get it together and fumigate your hotel !!!
