It was great stay in Hotel Direction Pokhara. I and my entire family of 9 stayed for 2 nights and they all were very happy. Just 8 minutes walk to the lake, and very beautiful view from roof of the hotel. We love the foods. Price was cheep comparing to other hotel but hospitality was great. Owner was very helpful, I will visit again if I go pokhara.

Me and my hubby visited pokhara in December 2019. Hotel Located just near the pokhara lake(perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality.The hotel owner is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to parasailing 🪂, zipline , bungee jumping and many more activities with a very reasonable price and comfort. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great. When I say food was great I mean it. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. You wont regret,just be there.

Very nice guy starting his new hotel. He definitely has to build up a few things especially his staff and restaurants. But was very very nice! And the cheapest you can get in Pokhara. Would recommend it to everyone!

The staff was very nice and super helpful. They moved us to a bigger room when we couldn't get wifi from our first room, which we appreciated. They were knowledgable about trekking routes and the current situation on the trails. They offered to store our bags while we left, but there was too much snow on Annapurna, so Base Camp was closed and we moved on. Breakfast was awesome on the rooftop with nice views of the lake. I would stay here again, but not in winter. There is no heat in the rooms, and the electricity is solar-powered, like everywhere else in Pokhara, so there was often no electricity and never hot water. There are two temperatures, cold and freezing. Again, the staff was great, and I know this is beyond their control. Lastly, when booking a bus onwards, do not let them book you on a Sanjog Bus if you are travelling to Lumbini. Despite every other bus leaving the Bus Park at 7:30, Sanjog will only leave when almost full (almost 9am), and then they take the very rough southbound mountain route to pick up more passengers along the way, as opposed to the longer (but much smoother) route that avoids the mountain passes and takes the same amount of time.

Great place to stay in Pokhara. I stayed for over a month and loved it! Amazing service provided by Nischal and the team as well as nice rooms in a fantastic location for a very fair price. Highly recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
