I recently attended a seminar at Hotel Dolmaling, and it was an exceptional experience. The food provided was excellent, and the staff delivered top-notch service throughout my stay. What sets this hotel apart is its unique feature of housing a monastery within the premises. Knowing that the hotel's profits support the monastery and its monks added a special depth to my stay, making it more meaningful. Highly recommended for both its hospitality and its commitment to a greater cause.

Drolmaling (Tara’s Place) is a lovely oasis nestled in the middle of several monasteries with a 5 minute walk to the Boudha Stupa. It is such a lovely place with beautiful accommodations, hot water, heat, excellent service and delicious food. The best hotel in Boudha by far! After my stay I felt rejunivated, well nourished and ready to travel again. 5 stars all the way! Tara from the US

Visited for my sister’s birthday and had the worst possible experience. The waiters have no respect and maturity and talk down to the customers which is unacceptable not just in this sector but also in general. It’s not that difficult to maintain basic human decency after all. I have been here a few times before and never witnessed such careless and rude behaviour like I did yesterday. On asking about the manager, the waiter replied that they’ve got none. The plates and cutlery were simply dropped on the table instead of being placed in front of each person. One of the waiters even had the guts to start an argument with us when he wasn’t the one being questioned. Utterly disappointed. Will never recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I visited the restaurant with my family today, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The service was exceptionally slow, and the servers displayed rude attitudes throughout our visit. One server even engaged in argumentative behaviour, claiming they were too busy. This made the overall dining experience unpleasant. I hope the management takes note and addresses these issues for future customers.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well facilitated. Very cooperative staff. The gumba, garden and trees make it a mind healing destination. Little tricky to get there. Use the road behind bouddhanath stupa. The option of tissue paper only at the toilet was a bit problematic for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
