We spent three nights in this hotel. The first two nights we spent in a very smelly room, with broken bathroom door, broken AC, and broken hairdryer. After insisting to change the room with a prober working AC we had a better night. However, would have been nice if the staff would have let us know earlier, that our AC could not been fixed (after asking twice). They offered us a little fan, however this fan only cooled the room down with open windows, which just didn't work for us, as the street was very noisy. So the new room was better, but stay away from room 305! Also don't book the room with breakfast, as there are very nice cafes just around the corner, with very good coffee.

The hotel was ok, nothing special. It was clean which was one of my main concerns when booking. Bed were uncomfortable and pillows are just bad (fell flat). The location was good, another pro here if you want to be close to transportation options and many stores. A warning if you plan to book here is that when you check in they will say that breakfast is included, I thought it was odd but I took the receptionists word for it, however, don’t trust what they say because when you go to check out they will say that it’s not included. Breakfast here is nothing great for €13, there’s better and cheaper places around the hotel, what bothers me is that they tell you it’s included and when you go the waiters don’t say anything just take your room number. Another con is that the hotel is having construction done outside which can be loud at times of the day and they do not disclose this when booking. Overall, it was ok since I booked these dates last minutes and options were limited, if you have other options and are able to book with time book somewhere else.

Nice hotel it’s clean and comfortable and worth the money. The rooms are designed well and this hotel is easy to find from the Metro from the airport. It’s very close to the main square in walking distance.

Building work around the hotel makes it loud and stressful. Room was small but clean. No coffee in the room and the water bottle put out with a welcome message is not free

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
