Visited in November 2023. The room I stayed in was really compact but it was ok for just 2 days because it had everything I needed. The hotel is close to a metro station and a bus stop so it was easy to move around. The receptionists speak English. I asked for an extra set of towels and they brought it to my room while I was out. There's a little underground parking for 20 euros per day. The breakfast is simple but good, everything was fresh. If you like to sleep with windows open, the neighbourhood is quiet enough. If no, there's an air conditioning.

What appears to be a nice hotel turned out to be a big disappointment. Our room seemed to be clean when we first walked in but after spending some time there we found out the hard way that they never cleaned under the bed, which wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have dust allergies. There was also a big gap between our shower doors which made it almost impossible to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. The breakfast buffet was good and quite rich but we wish they had some veggies (at least tomatoes or cucumbers). After eating there once we got tired of eating the same things every day. Most of the people working there were very friendly, and that's the only thing that made our stay there bearable.

There are renovations going in the hotel. No mention of this at all when booking. Staff did not even inform or apologise for the noise that went on all day. Room never got cleaned. Air conditioning very weak. Had the thermostat low but still was quite warm in the room.

The hotel's location is excellent, not in the city center, but conveniently close to both the downtown area and the exhibition center. However, the hotel itself is truly dated, and the condition, especially the bathroom, left much to be desired. The bathtub had mold along its edges, and there was a persistent issue with water leakage whenever we took a shower. Furthermore, the attitude of the hotel staff could use some improvement. When we requested a towel replacement, even though I admitted to forgetting to place the used towels in the bathtub, the front desk staff responded with a rude critique and reluctantly provided us with fresh towels. However, they were helpful in arranging taxi services for us, and the rooms were cleaned well (excluding the mold issue, which the staff couldn't address).
