Excellent staff. Quality furnishings. Sparkling clean. Ideal location for getting to and from Termini. On a nice street. Excellent coffee bar right nearby. Access to the building and rooms is safe, secure and dead simple. Terrific value.

I had the best time of my life. The position of hotel is great. Really close to the center and there’s also market in the morning. The receptionist- Matteo, responded to all my questions and did everything to makes my stay wonderful. Check-in and check-out with him was very professional. I felt really good in this hotel and because of high quality of receptionist service I will come back to this hotel for sure! I recommend this hotel. Thank you for this professional service.

Beautiful clean rooms, close to Termini, and very friendly staff. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in well before the offical check in time which was a huge bonus! Would 100% stay here again!

It's not a bad little place. The biggest thing was that the room was incredibly hot - over 30°C, and the air conditioning didn't really work. Even though we left it on all night it was still very hot all night. The room was clean though, and it's right by the station, so good if you are getting the train elsewhere.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
