THE BLANKETS SMELL LIKE PISS. My brother had to sleep in a bed that had a blanket that smelled like urine, the service was alright, did what they were supposed to do. If you are looking for a one night stop before traveling further then don luis is survivable. But I would not recommend it.

The rooms are definitely subpar. Carpet worn and breaking apart, odd chemical smell in the room, mold in the bathrooms. Free, but very unstable WiFi. Unusable for large part of the day, especially evening. Walls are thin and not soundproof; neighbor's TV kept me awake, trash collection truck woke me up. Airport and metro are within walking distance, but the area does not feel very safe at night. Service is good and while worn, the rooms are kept clean. Will not come back.

Friendly staff, 24hr reception, elevator, a short walk to/from the Barajas metro station which will get you to the T4 terminal (or T1T2T3 going the other way) in a few minutes: just don't forget to buy an airport metro ticket or load the airport supplement onto your card! The hotel is perfect for a one night stay before flying out of the airport. Give yourself at least 2.5hrs between leaving the hotel and the time of your flight (preferably more if you haven't done online check in).

Very conveniently situated close to the airport so this hotel was perfect for our needs. Also, very easy to get from this hotel back to the mainline train station the following morning. Again, perfect! We were late arriving and were greeted by a lovely gentleman at reception. Definitely recommend if this suits your needs in the way that it did for us. PS although there is no breakfast here we’ve been told there’s a little square a minute walk away. Will update with a separate review.

Old fashioned hotel but also old fashioned attentice service from reception staff! Comfortable beds in spacious rooms. Parking underground was very useful. Great plaza for dinner and 500m walk from Barajas tube made access to airport very easy

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
