This was a great place. Very very very helpful and friendly staff, tastefully decorated rooms, awesome location, and a perfect Italian breakfast. I really cannot say enough good things about the hotel and it's staff.

Hotel is located very close to the tram and bus stops. Our room was nicely decorated and staff was very helpful. Breakfast was a little plain(coffee and a croissant), but it was served at the very nice patio. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay here with my daughter and my friend. We had rooms on the lower level that were cleaned and freshened up daily. While small,It was clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The shower was hot and the water pressure was hard. We essentially only slept and showered here and were gone all day & evening. The smell of fresh bread in the morning and coffee was heavenly. The staff at every shift was personable, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to stay! My 4 star for the room was only because it’s small and with a messy teenager it becomes smaller.. lol and doesn’t accommodate any type of food or eating in the room for lunch or a snack.

We stayed in room 122 that also had a balcony. Good room, clean. Well located and easy to get to the main attractions in Rome.

The rooms are very humid. If any of your clothing gets wet from rain it will not dry. Also the shower gets water everywhere. I could go on but the main point is: try to stay somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
