Dream City Hotel in Kathmandu is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great support in finding attractions and booking taxi services. The delicious food is tailored to preferences. Minor issues, like hot water, were swiftly corrected. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay

The hotel is in a great location. Close to thamel but because of its garden it is nice and quiet in day- and nighttime. The rooms are spacious and clean. Mattresses are soft and comfortable. WiFi works fast. Hotel staff and especially the owner are extremely friendly and helpful. They speak fluent English and whenever you need something they will help you. Also the breakfast is decent. Plug sockets are working but could be renewed in the near future.

I could write about great location and really tasty breakfast but it's the people who make the place! And here work the nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating people. They let me check-in earlier, helped with getting taxis in the city, advised us on the souvenirs we wanted to buy, let us modify the time of our stay (our plans changed while in Nepal), and agreed to make us breakfast at 5:30am because of our early flight! We felt extremely well taken care of. The place is located very well, close to Durbar Square by walk and if you like walking I recommend also going to Swayambhunath by foot from there. I booked the hotel for before the trekking and I liked the place so much that I also booked it for the after trekking. The rooms were clean, with AC and unlimited supply of drinking water. If I go back to Kathmandu I'm only staying here!

I have stayed at this hotel twice in one years time. I will definitely go back if I’m ever traveling to Kathmandu again. The staff are delightful and kind. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The owners are some of the nicest people I’ve met in Nepal and that is why I decided to stay there a second time. Krishna is one of the owners and he is very helpful to give ideas on what to do and where to go in the area. They truly “take care” of their guests and it was so nice walking into the hotel again and seeing their familiar faces Knowing I would not have a worry during my stay. Thank you Krishna ( as well as the rest of the staff) and I’ll see you again someday soon!

Very friendly and helpful owner. Room is spacious and bathroom was quite clean for nepali standards. Breakfast was really tasty with a lot of choices. Lies at a quiet corner of Tamel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
