I felt that this was a very nice hotel for 3 stars. I just spent a week here. The rooms are small, but kept very clean and organized. Yes, it needs some paint and the mirror in the elevator needs to be fixed, but it is located in Old Town by the port. Keep in mind how old this building is and have some grace. The staff is kind, knowledgeable about tours and excursions. It’s close to the port and had good access to the train. Several really good restaurants close by. I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

Great value for the money. A very nice hotel in Nice very good located in Plaza Garibaldi, 5 min walking from the famous Marina of nice and 3 min walking from the ttam/metro station. The bathroom was very small but the room is really nice and comfortable. The breakfast is nice but it is the same breakfast every day without to change nothing. The city centre and the old town is already close, 15-20 min walking. After all it is really nice place to be in Nice.

This used to be known as the Kyriad Hotel but they have done a complete renovation so the rooms all feel very new and modern. The rooms are not luxury but they are clean and comfortable, and you're definitely getting what you paid for. The hotel is right in the middle of a bunch of bars and restaurants in the LGBTQ area of the city but the noise seems to completely stop by around 11pm - so if you are an early sleeper it may not be the place for you. The air conditioning worked well, shower had decent pressure and bed was comfortable, plus the complimentary breakfast was also decent (hot food as well as pastries and fruit). Staff were very friendly too.

You are getting what you pay for. The hotel is located in a very nice area with a lot of restaurants, public transportation and sea port. The breakfast is very basic, but does the job to get your day started. However the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint and replacing the towels as they felt very thin and old. Overall, it’s a good value for your money compared to how expensive hotels are in the area.

The location is extremely noisy with outdoor seatings of restaurants on the same street. Room extremely basic and small and not suitable for work due to tiny everything. Bathroom extremely small. not a great choice if you want a Relax holiday or work in the hotel. The soundproofing is non existence and the bar downstairs is extremely noisy and peaceful sleep not possible. Don’t believe all the high rating—-what’s the point of anything else if you have people shouting talking yelling and laughing outside your window till 2-3 am at night?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
