        It’s located at prime location in Lisboa. It looks fancy from outside however it’s very tiny inside. All hotels in Europe are small consider the history but this is tooooo small. I am a small person and the bathroom and shower is too small for me. The cleaning lady is great doing great jobs. The elevator is the smallest elevator in the world. The stairs are very uneven. The hotel should redo the stairs as it’s dangerous for guests who have to carry luggage up and down due to tiny elevator

        Terrible customer service, old and out dated rooms. Cleanliness was spotty at best. Offered no bottled water, air conditioning didn't work. Breakfast was ok at best. Front desk had nothing to offer as far as solutions. Decided to leave and when asked for a refund for the remainder of my stay, was refused. I would never stay or encourage anyone to stay here. The area was perfect but when your stay is less than adequate, then that doesn't matter. Told my family and friends not to consider your establishment. As someone who was born in Lisbon, I'm incredibly disappointed with the end result.

        We booked a double room and instead got two single beds pushed together. After asking if we could have a double bed we were told they don’t have those here. Rooms are very small, dirty and loud. The single beds are also very uncomfortable. There is nowhere to hang up your towels in the whole room, which is really inconvenient. 0/10 would not recommend.

        DONT GO THERE! If there’s a zero stars rate I wouldn’t think twice before submitting it, THIS IS A SCAM I booked thru booking and i found photos dis matxh with reality they refused to refund me and the receptionist girl was super rude she was angry and having some attitude problems, she refused to help in anyway and she even refused that we do a call from the phone although it was night and we didn’t know what o do with our luggage in the streets, it was impossible to stay in a very bad not even clean room with broken stairs and 1 person elevator to the mid floor only— then you have to get ur bags urself to the upper floor using the uneven stairs as we had a roof room which was strange also! , we went to another hotel paid triple the fair because we r booking last minute as walk-ins It was a horrible experience i attaching the photos of the hotel on booking VS what we found

        Hmmm...like many reviews, you get what you pay for. Rooms are...ok.,..at best. Location is spectacular. I had no big complaints but would plan a little better and pay more to stay somewhere else. If price is your main criteria, then you will be happy.
