We booked a larger room, and it was still very small. I realise that this is often the case in Paris, but still something to be aware of. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The hotel employees were friendly and kind. The location is excellent and cannot be beat for easy walking access to all the main attractions. The breakfast was in a nice basement room, and absolutely fine. My only small wish was that there would be a bar service with the possibility of having a drink in the evenings, before heading out for a meal. I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ducs de Bourgone. The location is hard to beat, super central to Paris (like a 4 min walk from chatelet, so easy access to many lines e.g. rer, metro lines etc). The service was outstanding, and the breakfast buffet really nice. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but this is major European city, so that's expected. Would definitely come back if I were to go to Paris.

My husband and I visited Hotel Ducs de Bourgogne for a few nights while in Paris and LOVED our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, the room was perfect, and the location was amazing! Within walking distance of the Louvre, Notre Dame and other destinations in central Paris. And if you are looking to take the metro somewhere else, Chatelet des Halles is only a few minute walk away! If I am ever in Paris again, I will absolutely be staying again!

Our group of 10 family and friends stayed at the Hotel Ducs de Bourgogne in April 2023. We all had Deluxe rooms, which were spacious, clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The showers and toilets/bidets were a big hit with our group. The breakfast was also very good. The servers went out of their way to accommodate our large group. The front desk was always welcoming and the location can't be beat. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
