We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating when our plans changed and they easily fulfilled our requests. The rooms were beautifully appointed and immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful, served daily on the lower level of the hotel in a beautiful space with an extensive array of choices for any palate. The hotel location was perfect for walking and seeing everything one would want to see on a trip to Paris. We will return. This was a great experience and we thank the staff and management for a wonderful stay.

LOVED it here! My friends and I stayed here recently for two nights while visiting Paris—we really enjoyed our stay. Our Comfort Room (with two twins beds) got a complimentary upgrade to a larger room so that was great! Room was pretty chic and clean, bed was comfy, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. They gave us complimentary Angelina chocolates which was delicious! I was looking for sparkling water and called the front desk—you can purchase it with them, which saved me a trip to find it outside somewhere. Overall, concierge there were nice and helpful! Hotel location was good as well. Would recommend this place!

Loved this hotel. Location was amazing, bed and shower were excellent. Bathroom was a bit small and breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had but the service, location and cleanliness were all fabulous. Will be my new go-to hotel in Paris.

Fantastic experience. Having such a clean, reliable hotel in the center of Place Vendome at such a relatively affordable price is a major draw to this hotel. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating and had no problem modifying my reservation to include an extra person. We stayed just last week in the midst of a likely overblown “bed bug” scare and didn’t have any issues especially with how spotless the hotel rooms were. It has been completely renovated recently and it shows. Will 100 percent stay here again when I come back to Paris.

Great location. Very fresh and neat. Service was great. When we asked for some coffee pods and creamer, we were given as much as we wanted, immediately, not like some hotels that may deliver one or two some time that day or evening. They may have been better at restaurant recommendations and directions, or better yet, make the reservation for you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
