Most reviews are correct this is a 2 star hotel on the best day Got woken up by massive drilling noises and the lady at the front desk instead of turning a negative to a positive decided to blame the neighbour A free breakfast would have been the right thing to day Avoid it room was NOT clean I won’t get into details Good location

We had a very nice stay here. The rooms were fine but too hot and there was no air-conditioning. Thanks to the personal assistance of Bogo and Timo we had a good and carefree stay in the hotel. Breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel is just inbetween Little Tokyo and the shopping street. Everything is walking distance. For shopping there is a bakery and supermarket close by. Also the U-bahn station is almost next door. Very recommendable. Say hi to Timo and Bogo, give them.our best regards.

The Tulip Inn is not a 4 stars hotel. The pictures don't match the reality of the hotel (a really old, old fashioned hotel). The decoration was old fashioned, te furniture was old, the smell of the hotel also old. We had 2 beds in our room, one of the beds was competely broken. There was a box in the shower with soap and shapoo althrough it was empty (Of course you just realize it once you are in the shower, so it's a little bit difficoult to go to the reception to ask for it). There was no phone in the room. There was just one plug to charge phones. I'm really disappointed with the hotel. I would never recommend it. Note: The people on the reception are really nice, but it's just the hotel doe snot fit fit the description and/or with the price.

Rooms not clean enough for the price. You should be able to receive new waterbottles in the room everyday not just the first day. Breakfast was cute. I like that they had mini doughnuts. Staff didn't speak much English. They should have filled up the hand sanitizer by the elevator. Overall not worth staying for the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
