This was my first visit in the hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean and new. The service was beyond imagination as they go without limits to help and it is extremely safe to come with family as it is a family hotel. The lakeview and food was awesome. Overall, one of the best budget friendly hotels in Pokhara, Lakeside.

This was our second visit to Eagle Hotel. In first visit the hospitality, food and overall was good. But this time, we didn't find the same vibes and the same good services from the Eagle owners. The bathroom needs to get renovated. Also, wardrobe is necessary. Food was very bad, services were late as well as they used to forget the given order. The Internet problem was such a mess. We had to call them several time to fix it. The telephone needs to be added to the rooms. Blankets and towels need to be changed. Beds need to be repaired. I hope they will fix all the things as soon as possible so that other customers will not have to face the same problem as us.

Very good hotel. The lake view and the service was excellent. Could seem a little far from central pokhara, but it's only 7-8 mins walk. The father and sons maintain the hotel and their behavior and service is top notch. The hotel is worth every penny. And it's comparatively cheaper than most of the hotels here.

I was luck to spend 5 nights at this hotel hosted by Kris and his family. It is such wonderful value for money, clean and I had a lake view too but it was the hospitality afforded by the family that will live long in my heart, trips were arranged for me, my return flight to Kathmandu and I had a wonderful day trekking with Kris. Thank you, I will be back ♥️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
