We were greeted very courteously as soon as we got there. The staffs were wonderful and helpful. They took our luggage’s and dropped it off on the rooms we were in. The room itself is ok. A lot of restaurants/grocery nearby. Had a wonderful time. By the way, didn’t I say the staffs were very nice :)

I was really surprised by how much I liked this hotel. Booked for certain things that turned out to be much farther from this location, however after much traveling it was great to have a well appointed room with a true soaking tub. Beds are a little low to the ground, but more comfortable than expected. Views could not be beat and the restaurant on the top floor was amazing (Skytree, Mount Fuji, Tokyo Tower and the bay).

Absolutely DO NOT stay here! This review is a testament to the poor customer service and lacklustre cleanliness of this hotel. After two nights, I woke up with insect bites all over my legs (at least 10+ and very itchy). To this, I immediately raised concerns about bedbugs to the hotel reception. Astoundingly, they were incredibly dismissive of my situation - suggesting that I may have brought the bugs from elsewhere or got bitten outside. This is impossible, as I have been in 3 layers of pants all day every day due to Tokyo’s winter temperatures, with the exception of when I’m asleep. The only compensation I received was a room change and, after much haggling, a meal coupon. At times, the hotel manager and receptionist were chuckling in Japanese while I informed them about my situation - a definitive example of exceptionally poor and unsympathetic customer service. They promised to call in an exterminator for the following day but then backtracked the next morning! The only reason they gave for their inaction was that it’s “likely” only flea or mite bites, simply because there has been no precedent of bedbugs. This is not an adequate excuse at all! As of right now, I still don’t know whether it’s bed bugs, fleas or mites. There obviously has been a lapse in the cleaning procedure to warrant bites of such severity and frequency. Again, DO NOT BOOK this hotel! They have said that the infested room will be open for booking after JUST one week! Highly unprofessional and unsympathetic customer service, bordering on accusatory.

Wonderful hotel. Brought my 2 kids (1&6) along. Spacious room and was given 3 beds. Plenty of food down the hotel. Pizza Saizeriya, Tully Coffee, ramen, Chinese cuisine etc. Perfect view of Tokyo Skytree. Bus stop right in front of hotel. Subway is 2 bus stops away. There’s even a grocer down there. We stop there almost everyday! Definitely a value for money hotel.

The room was bigger than a standard hotel room in Tokyo and the view toward the Skytree is unbeatable. We had a pleasant stay here and the staff even helped us borrow a charger for the whole stay which was very nice! Location-wise be aware it is a 10min walk to the nearest metro station or you can get a public bus to it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
