It’s a lovely hotel, but the walls are way too thin and perhaps the place was built in a rush without much care for privacy. Unless you’re interested in hearing the people in the room next door watching television, having a normal volume conversation, making love, or snoring like a jackhammer, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for this simple reason. Also, water pipes are in the ceiling above the rooms and at night I would be awakened by what sounded like a small river rushing through the room at any given hour. Staff and service are absolutely lovely, though. Worth a visit to the bar, but I wasn’t a fan of the room experience.

Just a wonderful experience. Service was impeccably warm, the terrace room was spacious, modern, and fun, and the hotel has complimentary goodies at every turn. But the most distinctive feature of the hotel is that it is also a modern art museum, and all aspects of the hotel reflect that sensibility.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL. It's part of the small luxury hotel division and it's just stunning. The room product is designed with cutting edge technology, soft linens, large robes, and stylish furniture. That's just the standard room. The hotel provides a hotel tour as there are 4 floors of art. During the door we were able to see a couple of suites. The Star Wars Suite is every fan's dream. In addition, the private pool! The luxury in the suites is high class. The overall architecture of the building is a must see for anyone who appreciates high design. The glass, the angles, the attention to detail is unparallel. If you are in Beijing YOU MUST STAY here! If you love art there is no better place.

Solid hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attached shopping mall has a number of decent restaurants and you are close to all the major cultural site in the capital. Breakfast was a little hard to figure out. I thought you could order off the menu or do the buffet - but the small menu is just in addition to the buffet items. The afternoon tea is also very nice

I absolutely loved this hotel. It's connected to a huge shopping center which gives you easy access to food. Service was great. They ordered taxis for us and helped us out with any questions we had. The rooms are just amazing. So many amenties. I loved the rain shower, remote controlled blinds, and even the fancy toliet. Also, the breakfast buffet is a must!! Overall definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
