Just off the metro, and a few steps from a great view of the Tour Eiffel this hotel was close to perfect. Very inexpensive for the quality, it was quiet and comfortable in such a visited part of the city. The concierges were prompt, knowledgeable, and very kind. Well sized room for the city, obviously not the most spacious for an American, but larger than expected from the pictures. The shower was a bit strange, but overall everything was neat and pretty. Kind of art deco? Be sure to pet their beautiful lobby-cat, she is very friendly.

I wish I could give this hotel a negative review. This is the most disgusting establishment I have ever stayed in. On our first night we were put in a room that was on the ground floor. The carpet was crusted with dirt and mould and the ceiling above the shower was caving in. The sink would also not drain and the bed sheets had odd yellow stains on it. ALSO, the room stunk of mould and was masked with a disgusting citrus smell that quickly faded. We expressed our extreme disgust with the room and was told we would not be compensated and had to wait till our second day to be moved. Once moved to the fourth floor, the hallway's on the above floors looked like a 1980's club and were old, dark and scary looking. Our room was only slightly better, but still old, unrenovated, and overall dirty looking. Absolutely not worth the money we spent. Additionally, breakfast was horrible. Not only were guests coughing all over the unattended food, but there were very minimal options and the options that were available always looked gross. We completely understand that hotels undergo renovations, but not disclosing this to your guests is absurd. At least inform your guests that you are selling them an unrenovated and old room. You are taking a gamble if you stay here. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

This hotel worked out perfectly for our first time in Paris! You can't see the Eiffel Tower directly from your rooms but if you walk out on to the street and take 25 steps it's right there towering above you! The desk staff were so helpful giving advice and letting us speak terrible French with them. The best part about it though is the location! It sits so perfectly next to metro stations and the Eiffel Tower that everything is walkable.

What a great little hotel. The location is great, the rooms were comfortable. Sure not the biggest or 5 Star but you're not paying for 5 Star accommodation. The staff were super friendly & couldn't be more helpful. Having the train station out the front makes getting around Paris a breeze. A night stroll 1/2 way across the bridge which is only 50m from the front door to checkout the Eiffel Tower lights was amazing. I definitely recommend this little Boutique hotel. Thankyou for a great stay.

It was my first time in Paris. It is amazing,I really liked it I am sure next time when I come to Paris I am going to book a room at this hotel again. The receptionists were nice and helpful. Our room was great, the breakfast was extremely good and really tasty. The Eiffel tower is really close and it makes the whole hotel even cooler. 5/5

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
