Perfect location and friendly staff, really don’t know why many reviews say otherwise. The staff is very helpful, kind but maybe a little shy, what might set some people off? The rooms were very clean, but there was some mold (which might be hard to remove and keep up with in an old building). Oh, and NO bed bugs! ;) Good to know: There are no elevators. We didn’t mind, since this is very common in European buildings. Overall great hotel!

Room was small which was expected aircon was good, location was good. Reception was rude, there is no elevator just a dark wooden narrow spiral staircase so have fun trying to carry your big luggage up it. The Buffet breakfast was an abomination, there was no bread, the milk had been sitting out of the fridge for 3.5 hours when we got there it was room temperature and smelt off & to top it off they made us pay 10 euro for it. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is in a very nice location, very close to the metro stations, 10 minutes walking distance from the Eiffel tower, there are restaurants, cafes, markets around, we were generally satisfied, the receptionists are friendly and interested, I recommend it. The hotel I will choose when I come to Paris again.

I enjoyed staying here I was scared reading the reviews and tried cancelling but they didn't accept so I just went with it. I was pleasantly surprised the staff at reception were so pleasant and gave us extra duvets on request. So happy with the service the rooms were better then what I expected for a 2* and the location was amazing 10 mins from Eiffel Tower

From reading the previous reviews I was worried about my staff but I’ve been surprised. The pictures are the same as advertised. Bathroom looks newly refurbished, bedroom is perfect for a short stay. Stayed in the executive room which looks standard. Overall positive stay staff were friendly and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
