All fine for a short trip. Clean. Very friendly staff. They offer a parking lot for about 15 Euro a day. But the car should be small size. Coffee and drinks are good. Well located near the beach and the old city center. Pool just gets sun in the morning!

I booked a room trough Booking and paid trough the app. We arrived late at night with a car and we were informed that they have no parking available which was unacceptable for us. They said they couldn’t refund our money and gave us a already prepared printed out map to a paid public parking near by. We left and ended up staying at a hotel near by. Booking is refusing to refund the money. On the app it says that parking is possible on site and that it’s not possible to reserve it, which with the fact that they already have a map to a public parking prepared in advance makes me question if there is a parking at the hotel at all. Also the hotel worker (who was the only one present, no manager to talk to) was completely clueless and unhelpful. Overall a very unpleasant experience and I would suggest to avoid at all costs!

Very nice. Clean. The room was surprisingly large. Little kitchenette which was great. They leave packets of coffee etc and there is a shop close by. There is a liftto the rooms and a ramp up to reception so accessible for those with prams or a wheelchair.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
