The hotel's location is its best advantage. From this location you can easily get anywhere. It seemed to be an old hotel, but it was well maintained and the interior of the hotel and rooms were very clean. During my short stay, I did a lot of shopping during the ZARA sale.

This small hotel has a fantastic location right at the centre of Madrid. It’s surrounded by great shopping, loads of restaurants and excellent public transport links. Our room itself was comfortable and quite large, with the only downside being unreliable internet.

A great find for overnighting in Madrid. We stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our visit to Spain in October. The location is perfect for sight-seeing and getting to and from Atocha station. The rooms were immaculately clean, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms spotless and just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The staff are brilliant. They work very hard, are professional and friendly. Luggage storage while we went sight seeing was really good; vending machines for drinks were fairly priced and really useful after a long flight to re-hydrate. We would stay again and wish to thank the staff for their warm welcome and professional service.

We stayed at this hotel just for one night in May 2023 and we chose it as it was quite affordable and the location. Check in was a bit slow as there was just one counter and a few people in front of us. We got room 104 and the room was decent in size. The room was quite basic with a queen-size bed and a single bed, a small flat screen TV on the wall, view to a inner courtyard and a wardrobe with quite a few hangers. The bathroom was old school with tiles on the floor and walls – and a shower with a curtain. The shower worked but I don’t like the shower curtain solution – it both clings to the body and it does not prevent water from splashing everywhere. The towels were not that great – quite small and for some reason they did not soak up the water when using them to dry. The soundproofing in the hotel was questionable with lots of noises from rooms nearby. There is a common area with some chairs and sofas and with a couple of vending machines. The best part about the hotel is of course the location! It takes 1 minute to walk to Puerta del Sol and the metro station there! All in all, this is a hotel in need of renovation and an upgrade. The hotel was affordable compared to many other hotels in the city center but if I travel to Madrid again and are going to stay for a few days, I will probably pay a bit more and get a better hotel experience.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, bathroom was renovated and modern. Has a lift/elevator. Beds could be little softer but overall a very good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
