This just a right place to stay with your family cause of the clean, safe, quiet, and a very nice service. The price is also suitable for the hotel that located in a good location close to the Kyoto station North gate. The hotel also has a very nice SPA you can use it.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Kyoto's main train station. The rooms are quite spacious by Japanese standards and clean. The bathroom is small, but there is everything you need. The hotel also offers a Japanese-style spa that is open late. The service is good and they speak English quite well. I had a personal package sent to the hotel and they took care to deliver it directly to my room. There are several mini markets and restaurants nearby. It is slightly far from downtown Kyoto but it is easy to get around on foot or by public transportation.

Just across from Kyoto station so perfect if you’re needing to stay nearby for more traveling. It was a bit farther from downtown, so we relied on busses and taxis a lot more than we wanted to. Other than that, our room was well-equipped and clean.

This Hotel is located just opposite the huge Kyoto JR Station n even the local train station... Is very easy to get around from this hotel... Room size are abit small.. Great range of Breakfast... Great placevto stay for few days ..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
