As expected Japans rooms are small BUT our room had a great layout for two people with 3 luggage pieces. I think you can slide your luggage under the bed to make room. Service was great too. I asked the front desk to deliver my luggage to my next hotel. He set up Yamato for me and helped me call the next hotel to give them a heads up. There is a bathhouse with sauna. No tattoos allowed. Unfortunately there is only one laundry machine per gender of the bathhouses. I don't know why the washing machines are located inside. That meant the machines were off limits during cleaning hours. Location is definitely not ideal if you are lugging a bunch of things. It can be confusing to navigate the first time because of the huge Osaka station housing multiple lines & multiple underground malls/exits. Can't say I saw a lot of elevators/escalators either.

Very nice hotel! We stayed 8 nights. The public bath is clean and spacious. You can get little lotions and other toiletries in the lobby. It's only a few minutes' walk from JR Osaka Station. My only issue was the noise. We stayed on the 11th floor (adjacent to a raised freeway) and the motorcycles were LOUD. Sometimes multiple motorcycles would go by at 1-2am. The windows did nothing to stop the racket. I survived with earplugs.

Room - Very small despite big cities like Tokyo and Osaka have small hotel rooms. Also our room faced the main food so it was quite noisy to sleep with. Location - 15 mins walk from Osaka station which personally it’s not convenient to tourists and it isn’t the easiest to find. Amenities - amazing - you don’t even need to bring anything! Staff - nice and professional

It is a really nice hotel. The rooms are quite big, the beds are comfy. Good breakfast for various tastes, from 7:30 until 10:00. Provided amenities are all what I needed. The sauna / bath is really nice and clean and comfortable. On the TV there is some information about the hotel, the surroundings, sightseeing spots in Osaka, and basic Japanese culture. These are useful for the first timers in Japan. For example, this is how I learned about ramen ordering through a machine, and I used it the next day. It is located fairly close to the train stations and metro (distance to get from the metro to hotel is comparable with the distance you sometimes need to walk to change metro lines). Would gladly stay here again.

Overall really great experience, the room we had was clean and well cleaned every day but a bit small for two Europeans (about 10m2). We did not use the available amenities much but everything looked clean also. The staff was very helpful and kin to help anytime. The hotel is well situated, Osaka station being a 10 minutes walk away and Yadobayashi station about 15 minutes (deserves Dotombori directly), you can move quite easily to other parts of the city or even Nara or Kyoto (which we did), it can be a bit tiresome to walk those last few meters at the end of the day though. I would say really good value for money around.
