We really loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful. The rooms were really large compared to most European hotel rooms and very comfortable with lovely bath products. The location is also excellent - so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel. When we chose a hotel in Paris, I was shocked: the area of all the rooms is about 15 m², which is so small. But in this hotel we have a very large and comfortable room with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Room cleaning - every day. Very professional and friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Very quiet area. I recommend this place to stay in Paris. There were nails sticking out in some places on the floor in the room. But this did not affect the overall impression of the stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at your hotel! Ali is excellent, amazingly friendly and spoke wonderful English (our French is not good)! She helped us with reservations, suggestions and helped with any questions we had. She was always fantastic and really made our trip wonderful! The rest of the staff was also extremely friendly! The location is perfect to everything we wanted in Paris but on a quieter street which we enjoyed. Super clean facilities and large rooms that we were very happy with! Very comfortable accommodations! We loved the survey that was sent previous to our stay to give our preferences and the hotel provided us with amazing suggestions. We took advantage of the car transfer from the airport and this was a fantastic experience with a very reasonable price! We will highly recommend this hotel to everyone and when we return will stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Alexander (check-in desk) was excellent. She was always very helpful with suggestions, excellent in knowledge of surrounding area, she is very kind throughout the entire stay. She provided very good recommendations of sites to see, places to eat and suggestions for how to get to different locations. Thank you, for being one of the best.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
