        The room was great! But that's where it ends. We came for our honeymoon and even mentioned that in our details. We weren't treated well from the first point of contact. The room was freezing because the air-conditioning wouldn't turn off unless the window was open. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold and it would bounce between the two. For the price paid we have come away rather dissatisfied. It would have been a 3 star but we were also charged for the drinks in the room. My wife was satisfied with the breakfast however I felt it lacked variety. Location is great 15/20 mins walk from the centre.

        DIRTY LOUD AND UNHYGIENIC - Couldn't have asked for a worse experience with a room during a vacation. They gave us a room on the ground floor and it was extremely noisy with some hotel people moving things at 3AM! Could not fall asleep so asked front desk to change rooms. Changed our room and gave us a room with pizza on the sheets and half eaten pizza on the desk. NOT TO MENTION HAIR ALL OVER THE BED. Completely unacceptable given covid hygiene. The hotel is poorly designed to have loudness as a problem. In addition as other people mention, the shower is terrible and switches between scolding hot or completely cold. It's terrible in cold weather. Please caution before booking

        The hotel was a complete disaster. Located right next to the reception, the room was a hub for noise and distractions. Staff were not just indifferent but downright rude. Information provided over the phone was misleading and incorrect. On top of that, the online payment system was flawed, requiring multiple calls to resolve. An absolute nightmare of a stay; would not recommend to anyone.

        The Embassy is a 3 star that used to be a four star hotel. You can see the quality that used to be there and just hasn't been maintained. You can see holes in the tile where old fixtures use to hang. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The tv menus are showing weather from two months ago. Simple things to fix but hasn't been done.

        Rooms were very small. There was hardly space to walk. Couldn’t keep windows open due to mosquitoes. We had a tour booked which was starting very early in the morning. Hotel staff promised to have breakfast box ready. However, the box was not kept ready and due to that my 4 year old had bad day during full day tour. Upon return in the evening when we mentioned this to staff manager she wasn’t polite enough and acted as if this is no deal for them. Didn’t like the behavior. Receptionists were helpful though but they couldn’t do much. Not coming back to this hotel for sure. It was not worth the price in the month of May.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
