One of the highlights of our trip. Great room. We had a quad room which fit our family of 4 very comfortably. Location was also good, a short walk from the nearest train station and one stop away from Kyoto Station. Lunch at the sushi restaurant was delicious at a great value. We didn't get to but would have loved to have taken the ceramics class downstairs had we had more time.

Gorgeous hotel with extensive amenities, very clean, sleek and spacious rooms, good staff. Awesome experience and all for a good price! With complimentary access to a hotel onsen. Would definitely recommend this hotel. It's also connected to the train station - so convenient. They have delicious restaurants within the same building too.

Just 5 metro stations (10 minutes) away from Kyoto Station. It’s located in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The spa is the highlight of this hotel! All guests can use it for free during designated hours.

How I wish I didn't have to leave this place 😭 Loved our stay here and the service was excellent. Got into some trouble with my shoe and the staff was so so so helpful and attentive to my problems despite it having nothing to do with them! Environment was really great and the breakfast was fantastic! So so glad I could have Japanese style breakfast everyday during my stay ♥️♥️ Would definitely book with this hotel again if I get a chance to come back

PRO: Great place and is super kid friendly. Hotel is connected to JR Station by sky bridge mostly under cover. Complimentary baby guard rails, baby soap, baby toothbrush, kid pajamas etc. Free bottled water, and can request more by calling concierge. Room has a humidifier and air purifier. Comfortable rooms and bathroom since this is a fairly new build hotel. Provides a lot of free products like face wash, body scrub towel, toothbrush with toothpaste, razors, hair brush etc. Onsen is great and relaxing. No tattoos allowed. CON: Laundry is annoying as they only only have four washer+dryer combo machines. Each cycle is 500yen and takes two hours so you need sheer luck to do your laundry. Even more irritating is that there is a whole room for vending machines across from the laundry room. So while you wait for a machine to free up you're left wondering why that room wasnt used for more laundry machines instead.
