Nice location but that’s all! I think that is NOT a 4* hotel! It’s more like 3* because lots of facilities are missing! In addition my room was like a hospital room with nothing fancy inside! Also there was a weird smell inside! The minibar… totally empty only 2 bottles of water 2 cokes and 2 wines with prices up to normal! Also the last two days they didn’t left us hand and head/face towels no matter I tried to contact the reception and got no response! Well the location is nice and the stuff was friendly! For 3* it would be just fine!

Absolutely amazing! Treated me and my family great! When it was time to leave and head to the airport I left my wallet I had already gone through security and wouldn’t be able to drive there and back in time to make my flight after calling they found my wallet within 5 minutes and sent a taxi to the airport with my wallet all the money still there in an envelope with tape! Phenomenal people and service

The Emperador Hotel is elegant classic style hotel with excellent service and spacious, comfortable rooms. Located on Gran Via near many important sites to visit. Surrounded by theaters, bars, restaurants it is an ideal location for exploring this bustling area of the city. We had a great experience at this hotel. Thanks to all the staff for their warm and professional service

The Emperador Hotel is majestic, elegant, clean, with excellent service, with spacious, and comfortable rooms. Located on Gran Via near the most important places to visit. Surrounded by theaters, bars, restaurants to spend the best vacation of your life in Madrid. I recommend this Hotel 100%.

Decent rooms but the sofa beds arent comfortable , the breakfast doesnt not have a lot of warm choice for vegetarians . Location is great, room size is great, bathrooms are great. rooftop is probably amazing in summer

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
