The worst hotel I have ever been. I booked it for 4 nights and couldn’t stay even one night as it’s nighttime. Small tiny room without any windows. Forget about AC, it’s not working, WiFi is the same, You can’t use it properly. Electricity will charge your phone for 5% after 5h being on charger. Rude receptionist, with own rules to leave the room keys each time you go out. It’s just nonsense to do this. After asking why we have to leave our keys we got the answer, - what I’ll do if you loose it, and don’t worry if I want to steal something I have extra keys. The worst part that after canceling they did not return money because of there policy. I hope they will use this money at least to fix broken and dirty walls!!

Nice hotel at a perfect location in the centre of Rome, in between the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. It has a good price-quality considering the location. The hotel does not look so appealing from the outside, but on the inside it had a nice boutique-like style. The room looks nice, is clean, and has air-conditioning, as well as heating. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Some points of improvement: the bed is quite hard and uncomfortable, a mini fridge would be nice, and the temperature of the shower is quite variable, and no one likes a cold shower. Despite these points I would definitely come here again!

Why do I return to Erdarelli Hotel in Rome? It’s a family experience managed by owners: Grandfather Cesare-his sons and grandson, Cesare, actively working in the hotel: smiling, friendly, accommodating - no matter the guest requests!! Sonia hosts Breakfasts with a “can do” attitude, ham, cheeses, large crispy rolls, cold cereals, yogurts, fruits and a variety of large Italian sweet rolls. Coffee choices and juices. Cesare has recently totally renovated ALL the rooms, bathrooms and public areas. Rooms Have gorgeous large windows and some have balconies - The Location is perfect: between The Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain & the Pantheon. The Metro & bus choices are closeby. I return every 6 months and have already booked my September reservation at Erdarelli. Cesare is a delight with his upbeat personality — I crown him: “The Rome Host with the Most”!!!! 5 stars!! Breakfast could be much better even for a small hotel like this! No fruit was provided! They have a kitchen, so there should be no problem to cook.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
