I did originally give 0 stars for their customer service. but have now changed as I finally had a response and am happy with the outcome, Although I do think the messaging service and direct email from the hotel does need some work. rooms and location look amazing and hope to stay next time I am in Munich.

Rather old building. The rooms look like an 80ies museum. It was overall clean however, even though it was tough to get the exceedingly high heat out of the room

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
