We can recommend this hotel if you're looking for something not too expensive and close to the city centre Pros: The location was closed to the public transport, it was clean and was to check in, the staff was extremely polite and friendly. They gave for everyone, who stayed there, an opportunity for morning croissants and coffee/tea during all day. Besides there was small inner yard where you can stayed during the most sunny hours . Moreover there was a shop close to the property. Cons: Tiny shower enclosure, air conditioner just over the one part of the bed

The stuff is really kind ready to help you out with information. Even if you don't choose breakfast there is something for you to have and free coffee. The room was tidy, clean, comfortable. The Colosseum is 20 minutes by foot and the metro station is close (about 5 minutes).

You have been an Amazing throughout my entire trip helping me from the airport to my location and even when I was out in the city getting lost 24 hour service and the rooms are perfect. They are clean and they have a special touch. 💜💜

The hotel room itself was really nice. However, we booked a twin room not a double room so we were expecting two beds and ended up having to share. On top of this we booked parking, specifically to avoid all the driving difficulties in Rome. However the hotel did not have a car park and ended up sending us to one of their other hotels a short drive(through town) to park which also didn't have a car park but allowed us to squeeze our car into a tiny gap behind the hotel and then we had to leave our keys with them in case one of the other cars had to leave. We felt the whole thing was a bit deceptive(considering we paid extra for this) and we were very uncomfortable with how it unfolded to be totally honest and it all became quite hard work and stress. If it wasn't for the fact that driving and parking in Rome is a total free for all we would have walked away but at this point it was genuinely our best bet. Staff were lovely and helpful, but we did find this parking situation a little bookie and frustrating and had us on edge for the stay.

Nice snug room, friendly staff and breakfast thrown in; located at a quiet place but close to tram/bus and train stops. There's a variety of restaurants and supermarkets within walkable distances.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
