Unfortunately this hotel cant be considered as a 4-star hotel. Best case this is a 3-star, if you will get the room we have its 2-stars. The faucet in bathroom is not working its closing on its own, the sink seems to be broken cause its leaking water all over the place, the toilet is smelly even after cleaning and the bedding could have been better. The towels are more grey than white. And the internet is like from previous era. Its not working. I tried to download my son's homewroks for 2 days with no success. This is not a hotel for family stay, for students maybe. There is still garbage on the floor even after cleaning. Worst stay ever. Wont recommend.

Huge disappointment. Went into this with high expectations and was quickly disappointed. Room does not really look as it does in the pictures (lot of Photoshop editing); the room was small and had a musty smell of Indian food. I like Indian food, but prefer my hotel room not to smell like an Indian restaurant. Second, and most importantly, the AC was not working, and after sweating it out one night, I had to request a room change. The morning staff was not helpful. They took my note, but at the end of the day, they came back, and nothing had been done. Fortunately Maria and her colleague from evening shift took care of us and changed our room. Hence, the 3 star rating for service; evening team was kind, courteous and helpful. When we checked in on Sunday, the afternoon shift had errors in our check-in, seem to be annoyed that we were telling them about the errors in our account. We had paid in advance and they didn't have it in their records. We had to call reservations to get it straightened out. Lastly the area, while close to the Rambla, the street is full of shady characters. Don't be surprised as soon as you walk out for some dope dealer to approach you or some homeless beggar asking for money. Hotel is in covinient location to reach Rambla, but I'd highly recommend something elsewhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it’s a great location in the gothic quarter and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive and the room was exactly what we needed and had excellent air conditioning. There is a rooftop terrace where you can have food and drink as well as a restaurant. It is worth noting that the wifi and data connection can be hit and miss, however, this was not a problem for us but could be a factor to consider, if planning a business trip. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

"This hotel was the worst experience we've had in a long time. Our room didn't look anything like the pictures - it was dark and very small, with just enough space for the bed. The internet didn't work, and we couldn't even turn on the TV. The hotel itself was made of cheap materials, with worn-out interior wood paneling and furniture. The entire place seemed dirty and neglected. It's true that it's close to the main street, but even the staff didn't recommend walking in the surrounding small streets after dark! The worst part was the impolite and indifferent behavior of the staff. We didn't experience any friendliness or smiles. We specifically mentioned in advance that my father and I were on a birthday trip, so we didn't want to sleep in the same bed. However, they gave us a double bed room twice, even though they promised to change it to a twin room or at least separate the beds, but it never happened. When we asked about it, we received only impolite one-word answers. All of this for nearly 300€! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to relax without any worries."

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
