        Very disappointed, asked for a roll of toilet paper and front desk said they didn’t have any until the next day when housekeeping service is available. Also I called front desk several times asking for towels because housekeeping took them but were not replaced and it took an hour to bring them.

        Pros: Decent location, a few blocks away from Alameda central. Cons: Their restaurant was overpriced and understaffed, there was only one waiter and they were barely able to keep up with our orders. There was a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee was provided, front desk told us it was no longer provided despite being mentioned on their brochure. The ironing board in the room was broken. We had to check out at 1:00pm, but our flight departed at 6:00pm, we asked in the lobby if they could hold our luggage for a few hours, as is standard in any hotel. They told us they had no space and suggested paying for an extra night just to hold our luggage for a few hours. Electric outlets in the room are very old, any plugged device was so loose it would fall off, this means the electric installation hasn't been checked in a long time.

        Decent hotel. Got the master sweet with the king bed and a jacuzzi tub. Jacuzzi tub did not work.. no mini frige in room. TV had only 12 channels. Restaurant service first morning was a 0 of 5 next morning was a 2 of 5 only because of our server. Location 3 of 10 best Western needs to get there priorities straight for that hotel or get there name off of it. Would I go back. No.

        This is a good place. It's a three star hotel with security key cards for the rooms, good internet service and it's somewhat near to the center of the city. The hotel has a space for parking, elevators and a good and kind service. The price is good enough. This place fulfilled 100% of my expectations.

        I was very unhappy with this hotel. We stayed there for two nights. The beds were too tiny for two persons and the blankets were too thin for this weather. The shower in our first room broke so we had to change. One evening the lights went of and the shower was cold. The light didn’t worked until we left the hotel the next morning. The breakfast was okay but they didn’t filled up the melon for example and the pancakes were cold. We were in a lot of hotels on our trip but sadly in this one I forgot my favorite pair of flipflops. They told me they had them on the phone but they didn’t wanted to send them to me. When a friend went there to pick them up they weren’t there anymore. The only thing that was good was the man that helped us change the room after the shower broke and the whole bathroom was filled with water. Thanks to this man but I will not come back.
