A nice hotel in the centre of Porto. Although the room looked a bit old, it was comfortable. Only two things: 1) there's a sign in the hotel's entrance that indicates that pets are not allowed in the property - one night as I entered the hotel a dog runned to me barking / 2) As I had a very early flight I was told to reception to wake me up at 2 a.m. but they never did. I think that the owners should be more careful with property rules and customer service.

This hotel is amazing, it was my first time visiting Porto and I really love it, the hotel was like in a incredibly centric zone, the staff was also super nice, Ana help me with everything and she was really thoughtful and super nice, and my room had a small balcony with a gorgeous view to the garden

We arrived at the hotel and found it to be on a footpath street. Lovely area to have access to everything in the city. Step out your door and stores, cafes, restaurants and lively activity is everywhere. Our room was upgraded and wound up with a view of the back gardens that were so beautiful. The sunsets while we were there were incredible. Don't forget to stroll the gardens and maybe have a few moments with one of the kitties!

We went in April, and unfortunately I took the blanket that was in the wardrobe, it was very cold... unfortunately I was eaten by fleas. I am still suffering from the bites on my body because of the fleas that lived in the room we stayed in. The breakfast is not free and even so it is super basic and not of good quality. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the hotel. The first day the receptionist was very kind, the following days she kept her kindness.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
