Great hotel with good location. Close to Eiffel Tower and major tourist attractions. Manager Jude was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Horrible lack of customer service! They don’t listen and don’t do what they said they would! Rooms are small, as expected. Noisy. Can hear the shower and plumbing. People coughing. The smallest lift in the world!! Bathroom has tons of mould too. Needs some cleaning and attention

The hotel is great , the staff is friendly.close to everywhere, especially to the eiffel tower 15 min. The only bad thing is that we don't have the same kind of breakfast every day and the rooms are very small.

Hotel is in a great location, but that's about it. Room scruffy and run down (no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, no bin in the room, window lock broken), poor noise isolation, and broken down elevator.... similarly run down breakfast room: ripped velour on chairs, chipped under plate mats... Breakfast itself was OK, though no eggs available one morning and coffee from the maschine is not really great. Will avoid this hotel in future.

Nice quaint hotel not too far from the Eiffel Tower. Location was great with the metro nearby, as well as a few lovely restaurants. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was amazing and friendly! Would definitely stay here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
