EXCELLENT SERVICE, GREAT LOCATION, GOOD PRICES! I stayed here in December and firstly, the location is fantastic! It's right outside Puerta Del Sol, so you can find it easily. The Metro station is literally around the corner (30 second walk!). The first thing you'll notice is that the customer service on reception is amazing - the staff are so good here and they can't do enough to help you. The rooms themselves, they are modern if not slightly dated - but definitely nothing to complain about. Clean, quiet, everything you could possibly want for a short stay here. Room service happens every day and it was good service. The price of the rooms was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but given the excellent location - I was happy with the price. Overall, if you're visiting Madrid and you need to get around the city quickly, this is an excellent choice of hotel to stay at!

This is an excellent hotel. Friendly, professional staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great view from our 4th floor balcony. Bags are taken to your room upon check-in as is expected for an upscale hotel. Breakfast buffet well worth the money, unlike most hotel buffets. Buffet has an espresso machine and a drip coffee maker. Eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, OJ, they even have 4 varieties of milk (soy, whole, skim, and lactose free) for all customer needs. The only negative I could point out is that the A/C was a little anemic on the 4th floor. Don't listen to the whiners that stayed there for 1 day and couldn't get ice...

We stayed three nights (total) at the beginning and end of our tour of Spain. The hotel exceeded our expectations! Our rooms were large and clean, thick towels and comfortable beds/pillows. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. AC and Wifi worked. The location is a short walk from taxi stand across the plaza with metro practically on doorstep. The Puerto del Sol is always humming with people. The Europa Cafe was a great place to relax and people watch and the food in the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast included with the room. Plus there's a gelato shop right across from the hotel's entrance!

Hotel was in need of updating. Room was small and bedspreads needed to be replaced. Bathroom was nice. They charged us extra money to check in 3 hours early. Hotel was not located in the best part of town, I did not feel safe walking at night. Would not recommend staying here unless you are looking for a cheap room.

Google had as a 3 star hotel should be 2 star hotel. The only 2 things going for it are the location and it was safe. Front desk lied about breakfast being included, our hop on hop off bus pass we purchased through them and about being able to get ice. Overall a bad choice for a 1 night stay in Madrid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
