An amazing place for sure. My friend and I took an overnight FlixBus and arrived at 5.30am, and the front desk helped as much as possible to get us a room for the day and tried extending our check out time. The breakfast that was provided was also amazing with a friendly and nice lady offering coffee and omelettes. My friend and I were also able to leave our luggage as we walked around Frankfurt and came back the same night to continue our journey to Munich. The hotel allowed us to stay a little later which we are very thankful for as our bus was at 12.40am, for which was less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel has a great location with convenient transportation. Just a few steps from the south gate of Frankfurt main train station to the opposite intersection. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the surrounding environment is safe and quiet. The staff and front desk are very friendly. I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Frankfurt.

The hotel is very good, comfortable rooms, modern and pleasant style, impeccable cleanliness. It has a good breakfast and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Sunny and his wife at reception are extremely kind. Very close to the central station and 10 to 15 minutes walk from the main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Deal breaker: Bed and pillow felt cheap and were very uncomfortable. Nice people in Hotel Europa Life. Location near train and center (but like any other train station, you have some bad crowds around). Room at the back was very quiet (but too many kitchens smells if you open the window). one side of the bed doesn’t have any outlets. Breakfast was ok and was handled professionally by the “breakfast ladies”.

I stayed for second time this year. Hotel is very close to train station. Rooms are clean and not cold. Employees are caring and friendly. Especially Mr. Sunny is very friendly. Good hotel for the price, cleanliness and location. I recommend it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
