Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Previously I had stayed in Eurostars Seville during my vacation so I expected nothing less when I booked this branch in Madrid Central. The hotel has good facilities but I only wish the TV was a smart one so there are varieties to watch. Also, it's in a great location in close proximity to restaurants, metro stations and tourist attractions. Many thanks to Alejandro at the front desk for being very helpful and discreet with the cava and chocolate surprise package. Also, Pablo at the breakfast kitchen was really professional, hospitable and very kind. I'll definitely be booking more stays at the Eurostars chain of hotels across Europe.

My visit to Madrid in January 2023 led me to this particular hotel, chosen based on its Google reviews and its claimed 4-star status. I'm puzzled about the criteria behind that rating, as my experience didn't align with my expectations. Upon check-in, I paid $196.98 for a 2-night stay. Regrettably, the hotel seemed to be understaffed. The room I was assigned had an uncomfortably low temperature, and my attempts to adjust it were in vain. Despite my request for a room change, it was not possible, and the response time to address the issue was quite lengthy. My room on the 3rd floor was plagued with noise from the street, making it challenging to achieve restful sleep. The disturbances from outside made the overall experience less comfortable than anticipated. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast package; it's truly worth it. On a positive note, the hotel is located in a secure area, providing peace of mind during the stay. In conclusion, my stay at this 2.5-star hotel in Madrid was marked by several disappointments, particularly the room's temperature control and noise disturbances. While the breakfast and safe area are commendable, I believe there is room for improvement in the overall guest experience.

Location: 4/5 - Not quite in the center of actual but only 20 minutes away from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol by foot. Several metro stops close by so it's easy to get to the station/airport. We enjoyed the quieter atmosphere of the area. Breakfast: 5/5 - for this type of hotel. Rooms: 5/5 - Bedroom was decently sized with a queen bed. Larger than expected bathroom which also had a bidet. We did find it a bit hot in November and had to open the windows as the AC was already turned off. Overall great value and we'd definitely stay again.

Hotel is situated well with plenty of stuff to do around the hotel and places to eat. Unfortunately the soundproofing is lacking so doors slamming, people talking in the corridor and arriving for their stay can be quite loud.

Truly amazing hotel. The staff is here are so kind and they really focus on creating the best stay possible. The location is also very easy and the hotel is one of cleanest I’ve ever seen.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
