        Rooms are fine and fair. You get all the need for staying, pajamas, slippers, towels and theet brushes. Rooms are not big, just a standard and a fair size. It doesn't have a great view and it's not luxurious. Customer service could improve.

        If you are not forced, don't try to stay in this hotel easily. Every day, the bed will be wet. There will be inexplicably black peeling on the sheet. The refrigerator is hotter than the room. Strawberries will become moldy after a day. Listen to my advice. Don't try it easily. It's time to tidy up the room without cleaning.

        The only excellence of this hotel is the cleanliness of their rooms and the location is OK. The staff makes the experience not worth it though as you'll be processed as another gaijin. Super unfriendly xenophobic personnel ruins the experience for me. And it's very noisy as it's next to a busy road and their WiFi is next to non-existent. Would not recommend at all.

        Rooms are fine and fair. You get all the need for staying, pajamas, slippers, towels and theet brushes. Rooms are not big, just a standard and a fair size. It doesn't have a great view and it's not luxurious. Customer service could improve.

        Very close to Kyoto Station. It's convenient and the price is not too expensive. The rooms are adequate. The only con is that the window doesn't open (safety measures I guess) so the room is aired with fresh air regularly. It's got a kind of stuffiness to it, but not too bad. The hotel also has self check in and self check out, but I really appreciated the people who worked the front desk too. I just prefer human interaction to machine service.

        Musky smell. Unpleasant. I suspect their bathroom exhaust fan is blowing air instead of sucking air. Surprise to see free simple bfast.
