        The rooms were very clean despite some reviews I saw. Housekeeping was really nice to me and so was the man at the front desk. He got me a cheaper rate on a last minute accommodation request. There is air conditioning as well. I had a good night sleep. Yes the walls are a little thin and you can hear some cars. For a native city person, this is nothing. It’s always good to keep in mind some of the buildings here are a little older and do not provide the same kind of “sound proofing” as a brand new Hilton hotel. I would definitely recommend this place. The breakfast was delicious. They offered a Classic Portuguese meal which comes free with your stay! Thank you for hosting me.

        Rather in need of a total restoration. My room was cramped: no place to put suitcase, minuscule desk, closet not built-in. Banged my head on the television on my way around the bed (which was the only good thing...). Tiny bathroom with toilet up against wall, light switch behind the (badly) sliding door you have close to access, and a small antiquated shower stall, with no place to put soap or shampoo (not recommended for seniors). A colleague had cockroaches in her room and the stench of urine coming from ventilation! However, location is good and street is quiet.

        The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Housekeepers did not respect "Do not disturb" sign, they were in room every time we left the hotel. Reception is ok. Wifi speed is low and conection is unstable. We put a reservation for a single room with family bed, but we got 2 separated beds and some of the walls need reconstruction and painting.

        + Excellent wi-fi speed. I could watch iptv broadcast without problems + They can provide you a kettle if you ask + Fast check-in and check-out + Very good location + Unlimited breakfast included + Daily cleaning + Fridge included - Bathroom was so bad. Very small sink and shower cabin. Toilet kinda broken - Breakfast food never changing - Doors are like made of paper. No sound isolation at all - No safe box

        Hotel got card details wrong and decided to cancel my reservation despite me leaving both email and phone number and saying I was going to arrive very late. Got a room for one night but forced to look elsewhere for the rest of my stay in Lisbon.
