Impressive Service and Comfortable Stay My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of impressive. Despite a slight delay in room readiness and temporary bathroom inconvenience, the staff's proactive measures, including securing our luggage and prompt assistance, truly saved the day. What stood out the most was the exceptional service from the rooftop bar's bartender, Esteban, who effortlessly provided a level of hospitality usually reserved for 5-star establishments. The delicious breakfast spread and the hotel's perfect location, conveniently accessible to tourist attractions and dining options, added to the overall appeal. Even with a minor glitch in the air conditioning, the staff's swift response underscored their commitment to guest comfort. The dedication and attentiveness of the team certainly made up for any initial hiccups. I look forward to revisiting this hotel in the future, confident that the staff's excellent service and the overall enjoyable experience will be consistent. Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Just came back from a trip to Madrid and I am very very disappointed of this hotel. They never pick up the phone, they just put you on hold and you can wait forever. I wanted to speak with them on some important details on my way to Madrid but they never picked up the phone. Plus, the hotel is old, maybe it was 4 star hotel 15 years ago. It needs renovation and you will get this idea the second you enter the lobby. Buffet breakfast if good but a little poor. For a hotel of this capacity, the buffet is small. Many things are missing, such as more cereal and nuts selection and fresh veggies. If you a celiac or vegetarian, you will struggle. The cleanliness of the rooms and location are very good. This is the reason I gave two stars.

Squeaky floor, squeaky beds, very poorly designed bathrooms, good location , good breakfast, old furnitures in common areas, poor service. Poor service: I called the reception and asked if they had slippers they told me to come and pick them up. Then after some conversation they brought the slippers.

Excellent location to reach city and parks. Metro on the doorstep which is an easy way to get round Madrid but a lot was within walking distance. Rooftop bar has amazing views and small pool for cooling down (not really a pool for swimming in). Would be good to have opportunity for more shade on rooftop terrace, plus the service was a little bit slow for drinks. Hotel rooms were spotless and well serviced. Breakfast was good value and range of items, although would have preferred to have natural yogurt available to self serve rather than in yogurt pots.

+ Great location, if you mustn't be right in the center of Madrid. Metro at the doorstep, so very easy to get around. Plenty of bars, small cafes and restaurants in the area with more than decent prices; good shopping possibilities as well (El Corte Ingles Princesa within a 5 min walk). We had a deluxe double room, which I can highly recommend because it has a large terrace with sunbeds and a great view. Super nice huge double bed, not two beds pushed together. Daily replenished drinking water, slippers, vanity and dental kits etc. all present. Tasty, though rather limited, breakfast with quality ingredients and freshly squeezed orange juice. Rooftop terrace is lovely and quite. The pool is tiny and a bit too refreshing :), but a bliss in July nevertheless. Staff is friendly and helpful. - Uninviting lobby, not a 4 star look. There is a need for refurbishment. Room furniture and bathroom fixtures need some fixing and look rather warn out, though everything is spotlessly clean. We loved the private terrace, but it is even in more need of a "face-lift" than the room. Sunbeds are old and the flooring is very scratched. Additional furniture such as a small table for drinks between the sunbeds, umbrella and perhaps a lamp would add coziness and attractiveness to the terrace. It is huge and looks very barren. Tip: Cabify ride to Barajas airport is less than 20 EUR.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
