Location was really convenient for our purpose. The room was big and had everything that you could need. The bed sheets were too short and the additional couch bed was not very comfortable. The only elevator for customers was not working for the biggest part of our stay. We arrived less than 30 minutes before check-in time and the room was not ready so we left our loads of stuff in a storage room and checked in in the evening. Help desk staff was nice and welcoming. Also the price was very reasonable. They accommodated an extra couch bed and a crib. We are happy overall.

Great location but the reception's staff really unprofessional like hotel policy. We book on Agoda and for 2 adults and 2 young childrens we supposed to have a room with double bed,a sofa and a working kitchen as described on Agoda but when we arrived in hotel we received a room with only one double bed without sofa and without a kitchen and the receptionist Taina has been really unprofessional,one of the worst worker I have met in my life....she simply said it was Agoda fault and not her problem and the solution was or spend more money for another room available or leave and lose the money...we had as well an argument obviously due to our disappointed feeling really been kidden by her(she was even laughing in our face). It is true we used agoda but they should know very well that what is written on Agoda website it doesn't match on what the hotel really offer and when a customer has these kinds of "surprise" they should be more professional and helpful. Obviously we requested to speak with a manager on duty but been ignored. In the same area(really good) you can find really good appartment or hotel at the same price or even cheaper. I will not recommend at all!

This hotel makes me want to come back to Madrid. The location is great with access to all the best parts of Madrid just steps away, yet quiet since it's one street behind Gran Via. The staff are exceptionally helpful and assists you with anything you need. Facilities are great except for the bathroom which doesn't have a curtain for half the area so floor gets wet after showering. Inner rooms are very quiet that face the courtyard. Great for sleeping.

Functional and basic place to stay. Simple, clean, and the location is what truly makes this place doable. Friendly staff. However, the walls are paper thin. We had a room next to the front street, and it was loud. Ear plugs are absolutely necessary. Air conditioning temperature controls are clunky. No coffee in hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
