If I could give a 0 star rating I would have. The hotel was not as described, it was dirty and unhygienic. There were large outdoor bins in the reception area which attracted flies and an unpleasant smell. Unsurprisingly we refused to stay there and asked to speak to a manager. We were told we could not speak directly to a manager on the phone or in person. The only person available to speak to was the receptionist who could not understand a word of English and had to use google translate to communicate. We raised a dispute with our booking agent Agoda, and they received a false claim from the manager saying he provided us with different options that we rejected which is untrue because he refused to attended the premises and refused to speak to us despite being called for assistance. Still to this day we have not found a resolution, no refund and no response from this hotel. They are nothing short of SCAMMERS. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The location of the hotel is fine. The elevator makes a lot of noise, everytime someone takes it you wakes up with the din. The street is also very noisy, impossible to sleep with the window open. The bed are not comfortable and the whole room lack some general maintenance...

Hotel was very nice, love the front desk person there 24/7, made it feel safe. Very clean hotel, wonderful room. Dead end street kinda. Only issue was the 5 am deliveries. SO MUCH NOISE! I tried to close all the windows, but it didn't work. Sounds like they were taking down a building with all the scraping and screeching of the pallets being removed from the trucks. Tried to go back to sleep 6:30 am - 8 am. If you are an early riser then you might not have any issues. But if you like to sleep in, if you have a street view you might not be able to.

The hotel is super basic (which is reflected in the price). So, if you’re looking for an affordable place which is not sophisticated at all, that’s a good choice. Clean, nice bathroom but with a shower cabin that would not close. The location is brilliant if you need to be in the city centre. Despite that fact, the room was very quite as the hotel overlooks a smaller side-street, not Zeil.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
