The receptionist ( the younger one who speaks english) was very friendly and helpful. Although we approximetly arrived at midnight, stayed there for one Night only, she explained and showed us everything. The room was clean, the air conditioner worked properly and the beds were comfortable. The Windows got a good isolation. I recommend this hotel for everyone, especially for those, who have a long journey and need a short break. The hotel is nearly to the highway and you can continue your journey easily.

Very clean hotel. The food is delicious and the portions are large. hotel staff are very caring and kind people. The hotel is very close to the riverside, parks and jogging area. There are bus and train stops in front of it. 7 minutes from the main train station, 15-20 minutes walking distance from the big square and the city center. Unfortunatally the noise starts early in the morning. for 3 days in a row, at 8 am, the cleaning staff tried to enter my room and woke me up. luckily i had to wake up early to visit the city :) Elizabeth is the most hardworking, caring and polite employee I have ever seen. I also thank her.

Very nice and clean hotel with very pleasant staff. We were able to manage earlier breakfast and organize later dinner in late evening for big group of children. Rooms were clean and well prepared. We had only issue with the temperature on the rooms. It took cca 2-3 hours to hrať up the rooms. Its typical for this winter period, but hotel was able to be prepared.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
