The rooms were a bit small than what I was used to but I think this is typical for Tokyo. The breakfast was good and the hotel was quite close to the station so that was convenient. The area seemed a bit sketch but I didn’t feel in danger. The wifi was slow though.

Honestly, really impressive overall their presentative to hotel guests. Definitely will come back and thank you to the management and the owner for giving the best to us, but one small suggestion to them is improve the wi-fi speed and coverage in every corner of the building.

The front desk staff is helpful and speaks fairly good English. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They have buckwheat pillows, but you may request more typical American pillows. It comes with free wifi, refrigerator, and breakfast from 6am to 10pm. The rooms are small, but that's just how it is in Tokyo. It's a block and a half from both the metro and JR lines with a decent bus station as well. Stay here!!!

I find the Hotel Super ! Nice and friendly and good breakfast. It was in a good spot. Haneda Airport with Bus 9€ .You have great connection to the Trainstation and Busstation. 15 min to Skytree , lots of shops and a Mall across the Station. Akihabara in 8min with Train.

value for money! good location! small rooms! helpful staff! It is a very strong 4"! even so I could't check in earlier and had to wait till the official time. other then that it was a good experience and i will recommend it to travelers on a budget! cheers!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
