Shambles. Booked a year ago and cancelled without reason 3 weeks out from our trip. I would assume because we got a good price at the time and now everything is roughly triple the price. No reply to my query as to why.

Price and location are good. However, the quality of the room given to us is terrible. The room has a wet dog smell and the bed is very dusty and has a musty smell. Luckily we stayed here for 4 days so it was bearable, but overall the room we were given was awful. You could charge a little more and get a better room. I do not recommend and will never use this hotel again.

I enjoyed staying. This hotel is small, but neat and clean. It is located in an old-fashioned apartment near Termini, 5 minutes by walk. So quiet is the surrounding neighborhood. Best thing is fast wi-fi, particularly at night.

Really bad rooms, smells bad. The bathroom was all broken and shower was impossible to use. When we needed a hairdryer, it was broken and the lady couldn’t accommodate to get a new one. Breakfast was never mentioned. Keys to the hotel were barely working. I would not recommend staying here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
