Great location, nice building, but obviliously it's not a 4 star, max 2-3. The breakfast was horrible, the roof it's like a glasshouse, everything was melting on the hot, the orange juice was smelly, flys everywhere, and the omlette was stone cold, we just were drinking coffee and tea, and eating breakfast at another place. Not worthy. The stuff was nice, and the dog at the reception was cute.

The hotel is located in a very good location, close to the metro station, and at a walkable distance to Vatican City, and the hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are furnished in a Victorian Classic style, which have to be upgraded, i.e., beds and the bathtub . Breakfast is served with a rich buffet, which is very nice. It is situated at the terrace on the top floor level, overlooking the neighboring roof tops.

Very nice Hotel. The room was beautiful. Comfortable beds. We had a nice terrace with a nice view. Quiet room. The Breakfast was very good also with a nice view over the rooftops. Good service. We will be back!

This hotel has perfect location. It is very close to main bus station and walking distance to the Vatican. Staff was really amazing. Rooms are nice and big and bathroom is really huge. On the top, there is nice terrace which is open for breakfast only. In case you want to sit outside during the evening you cannot do it on the top but there is another balcony on the ground floor that you can use. Overall very good experience. Only minus is that hotel had no tooth brush in stock for all of us as we forgot it.

Great view from the terrace, walking distance to the Vatican and metro. Lovely design of the hotel, it felt very classy. We stayed in the basement room ( it’s a little more affordable) highly recommend in the hot summer as our Rome was at least 10 degrees cooler. Very friendly staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
