Impeccable! This is the best hotel service I have ever received. Every single staff was attentive and accommodating. I checked out, thinking this was money well spent. The design of the hotel is pure art. Kudos to the architect! I stayed on the first floor with an ocean view. Don’t worry about being on the first floor, because it’s not on ground level. It’s more like the second floor. Room service is 24 hours a day, and housekeeping comes twice a day. The restaurant on site is gorgeous, and the food is delicious. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. The beach is literally across the street. The rooftop/pool is gorgeous, overlooking the beach. The drinks were delicious, and I will be staying at Fasano during my next visit.

We stayed at Hotel Fasano for our honeymoon and fell in love with the place. We had the beautifully designed junior suite (huge with amazing views), the entire team throughout the hotel was amazing, and the rooftop bar and pool were superb. The location was ideal (across the road from Ipanema Beach), and the beach service (chairs, loungers, and umbrellas) made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was delicious and included made-to-order hot food as well (if anything, there were too many tasty things to choose from). We didn't use the gym in the end (too much sun lounging), but it looked pretty good for a hotel gym. I would highly recommend Hotel Fasano - we'll definitely be back in the future and will be checking out all their other locations for future holidays.

Hotel Fasano was excellent; we did not want to leave. We really appreciated the concierge's timely responses to our email questions months before our arrival. Every employee we encountered during our stay was friendly and professional and always went above and beyond. The breakfast wait staff kept everything tidy and clean and were very quick to help. Room service and cleaning staff did a brilliant job; our rooms were beautiful every time we returned from the day's outings. Security staff were very professional and made our family feel very safe. The beach attendant was also very courteous and quick to help. I really can't say enough. If you are in Rio, this is a must-stay! We would like to recognize Juliana, who helped me with my flights - she was probably on the phone with LATAM for an hour trying to get them to figure out our flight problem. Amazing. Alright, so I never write reviews usually, but the fasano hotel was such a bad experience that I have to warn everyone from going there. Absolute rip off of a hotel. Paying over 1000$ / night to have a room the size of a shoebox with a view to a wall. Imagine paying over 1000$ per night and then having to pay breakfast additionally. What a joke. This entire hotel is unfortunately a massive cash drainer, not just in terms of the hotel prices, but also any surcharge. We asked them to organize a helicopter ride for us and ended up paying double of what the market is offering. Expect them to collect commissions left and ride for any help they provide. Team is stuck up, doesn’t feel accountable. The gym is a joke too. Their spa is a steam room fitting 2 people max. Do not go there. It’s totally overrated. Wish I didn’t stay here.

An incredible experience for another year at Fasano RJ, surrounded by the amazing Fasano team. We come every year to spend Xmas time at this hotel since many years. All the staff make us feel the best of experiences we can imagine. I would like to thank everyone from this hotel staff, but especially Bruno, front desk manager. He always maked our stay perfect. He pays attention to all the details and thinks of everything for guest. I would also like to thank Marcelo, pool manager, enormously. He has really treated us in a wonderful way, he has made our stay a jewel of luxury. Every day at the pool his care and attention have been excellent, and of course William who has taken care of us on the beach and the pool. This man is one of the most loving people I have ever met. Truly recommended hotel if you want to spend your time in Rio in a luxurious, fun and full of attention and care way possible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
